Dropping Off Instructions

Please follow the instructions carefully.

1. For dropping off please print the form and fill out all the information needed. If you don't have a printer just copy the form and fill out all the information needed. As many details about the problem you are having with the mixer will be helpful.

2. Please stick or tape it on the top of your machine or any flat part area of the machine.  Boxes and Bags are not necessary, it's best not to leave them in the drop-off box.

3. Give us a call to book an appointment for dropping off so we can give you the code in the box in advance.
