Please follow the instructions carefully.

1. For dropping off please print the form and fill out all the information needed. If you don't have a printer just copy the form and fill out all the information needed. As many details about the problem you're having with the machine will be helpful.

2. Please attach it on your machine. Remember to bring all washed and empty trays, and water tank needed for testing and if your machine has a "porta-filter" (handle thing for the coffee grounds) so we can properly test it afterward.

 

Boxes and Bags are not necessary, we return your machine in a clear plastic bag with any material bags you may have provided. We cannot guarantee that if you bring a random cardboard box that we will save it. If it's an original product box we will save that for you.

3. Give us a call to book an appointment (and on the day of, if possible) before you come over for dropping off so we can give you the locker code and locker number and also to confirm (if you have book in advance) as a courtesy call and reminder.
