WHY DO WE CHARGE THE CHECKING FEE UP-FRONT?
The checking fee covers our time looking at the machine and doing some basic research to find out how much the parts cost and if they are in stock, this takes a lot of time doing the research. This also helps to cover the costs involved when recycling old machines that are no longer fixable.

We require a text message or email letting us know you are permitting us to scrap or recycle your old appliances if you decide you will not have it repaired and don't want to pick it up, for our records.
WE ACCEPT E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS OR CASH
We accept E-Mail transfer payments or cash on pick-up and as always please be sure to phone before you come over to make sure we are in.

For e-transfer please make payments to:

When making the payment please put your phone number and name in the "Message" Section so we will know that it's for your machine, many times people pay from different accounts and with different names that are not written on the forms. Thank you.

Our email is set for Auto-Deposit under the name "Kristina Garland" so no password is required on our side. If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 647 - 637 - 4220
WHY DID WE MAKE THIS CHANGE?
-Checking fees:$100 for most common machines.
$150 for Dual Boiler Systems & Heat Exchange type Espresso Machines.
$75 for the smaller machines.

This is a (non-refundable) up-front checking fee paid when you drop off the machine.

-For the "common machines" we typically charge $157 for the first hour and an extra $57/hour thereafter depending on the work plus parts.
We will contact you before completing the work unless you place a check-mark in the form and sign it in advance for the pre-approved amount or less if you're in a hurry for the job to be completed this will help speed up the process so we don't have to contact you unless it's going over that amount specified. (This is optional on the form)
